A Precision Discipline
A lock is a mechanism built to tight tolerances. A pin-tumbler cylinder depends on components machined to hundredths of a millimetre, and a key cut even slightly off-profile will bind or fail to lift its pins. We treat every job — from a single rekey to a full commercial master system — as an exercise in that same mechanical discipline.
We don't trade on fear. We won't tell you a serviceable lock needs replacing, or quote one price on the phone and another at the door. Where a non-destructive entry is possible, we pick or bypass rather than drill, so your hardware survives intact.
And we work to the relevant Australian Standards. When a product falls below AS 4145, we say so — and recommend a compliant alternative.
